董拉军，字，墨鋆，1967年生，西安市人，现为中国传统文化发展委员会理事，国礼艺术家，编号JN797665201120，等级，髙级。入库日期2020年11月19日。西安市汉墨书画院副院长。中国羊文化馆文化顾问。西安市书法家协会会员。中国实力派书画家协会会员。北京文徵明书画院创始会员。2012年作品《雪牡丹》被中国羊文化馆收藏。2018年作品《花开四季》入选中国实力派书画百家，且位列花鸟组前10名。2019年入选庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年世界邮票上的中国文化艺术名家。2020年选入由中央电视台CCTV出版的中国艺术榜样年鉴。2021获中国西安首届艺术博览会优秀作品奖。很多作品被海外友人收藏。2023年被评为中国艺术传奇人物2024年1月入编中国东方文化研究会社会艺术专业委员会审核艺术专业人才数据库。2024年7月被聘为华夏国艺书画艺术中心特聘专家。2024年11月被评为中华人民共和国书画大家。2024年11月荣获《中国书画艺术创作金奖》并颁发荣誉奖杯。
Dong Lajun, courtesy name Mojun, born in 1967 in Xi'an, is currently a of the China Traditional Culture Development Committee, a national gift artist with the code JN797665201120, and holds a level. He was admitted to the database on November 19, 2020. He is the deputy director of the Xi'an Hanmo Call and Painting Academy, a cultural consultant for the China Sheep Culture Museum, a member of the Xi'an Calligraphers Association, a member of the China Strength Call and Painting Association, and a founding member of the Beijing Wen Zhengming Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In 2012, his work "Snow Pe" was collected by the China Sheep Culture Museum.
