The Mid-Autumn Festival carries people's hopes for reunion and beauty.On October 4th, the Mid-Autumn Harvest Dinner co-hosted by Ektimo Vineyards and Duncan Peak Winery created unforgettable Mid-Autumn memories for participants amid the festive atmosphere.Though the dinner has ended, the rich aroma of wine and warm laughter still linger in our hearts—making us eager to share this wonderful experience with more people.
活动当天，庄主April与艾桐热情邀请宾客开启葡萄园游览。漫步园中，串串饱满葡萄垂挂藤蔓，浓郁果香沁人，令人沉醉。
最受期待的当属酿酒体验环节：两位庄主特意安排传统脚踩与现代压帽两种方式，让宾客亲身体验酿酒魅力。过程中，宾客不仅深入了解酿酒流程，更切实感受到酒庄对传统工艺的传承与现代技术的融合。
On the event day, winery owners April and Aitong warmly invited guests to take a vineyard tour. Wandering through the vineyard, clusters of plump grapes hung from the vines, and the rich, refreshing aroma of fruit enchanted everyone present.
The most anticipated part was undoubtedly the winemaking experience session: the two owners specially arranged two methods—traditional foot treading and modern punch-down—allowing guests to personally experience the charm of winemaking. During the process, guests not only gained a deep understanding of the winemaking process, but also truly felt the winery's inheritance of traditional craftsmanship and integration of modern technology.
结束葡萄园游览与酿造体验，宾客们来到酒庄草坪 —— 一场别开生面的餐前酒会正温馨开启。艾鹭酒庄的Julius带着独特热情与专业，同主厨檬檬一同站在精心布置的桌台前，等候宾客前来。美酒遇美食，现场笑语不断。宾客们在轻松氛围里，交流对美食美酒的热爱，分享生活趣事，宛如多年老友相聚，温馨美好。
After the vineyard tour and winemaking experience, guests gathered on the winery's lawn – where a unique pre-dinner reception was warmly kicking off. Julius from Ektimo Vineyards, with his distinctive enthusiasm and professionalism, stood alongside Chef Mengmeng at the elaborately arranged counter, waiting for the guests.
As fine wine met delicious food, laughter filled the air. In the relaxed atmosphere, guests exchanged their passion for food and wine, shared little life stories, and it felt like a gathering of long-time friends – warm and wonderful.
短暂休息后，晚宴即将启幕。庄主April驾着叉车，载着待品鉴的佳酿缓缓驶向现场 —— 这独特的入场仪式瞬间点燃气氛，宾客们惊叹欢呼，纷纷举起手机记录。别出心裁的开场，既为晚宴添了神秘与惊喜，更让大家感受到酒庄的热情用心，仪式感拉满。
After a short break, the dinner was about to begin. Winery owner April drove a forklift, carrying the wines to be tasted slowly towards the venue — this unique entrance ceremony instantly ignited the atmosphere. Guests exclaimed and cheered, lifting their phones to record the moment. This creative opening not only added mystery and surprise to the dinner, but also made everyone feel the winery's enthusiasm and thoughtfulness, filling the occasion with a strong sense of ritual.

晚宴正式开启。庄主 April、艾桐与主厨提前精心设计，采用中餐融合西班牙餐的独特形式，让每道餐食都能与葡萄酒完美搭配。席间，两位庄主分别为宾客详解自家酒庄各款佳酿及风格特点，主厨檬檬也介绍了每道菜品的食材、做法与独特风味。
The dinner officially kicked off. Winery owners April, Jane and the chef Mengmeng had carefully planned in advance, adopting a unique combination of Chinese and Spanish cuisine to ensure every dish paired perfectly with the wine.During the dinner, the two owners gave guests a detailed explanation of each wine from their respective wineries and its style characteristics. Chef Mengmeng also introduced the ingredients, preparation methods, and unique flavors of each dish.
美食遇美酒，一场奇妙味觉之旅就此开启。每口食物因酒的搭配更显美味，每口酒也因食物衬托更富层次。现场一位西班牙友人品尝后激动说道：“这菜太正宗了，让我想起奶奶做的味道，太棒了！” 他的话获其他宾客纷纷认同，众人边品美食美酒边交流感受，气氛热烈融洽。
When delicious food met fine wine, a wonderful taste journey began. Every bite of food became more flavorful with the wine pairing, and every sip of wine revealed richer layers against the backdrop of the food. A Spanish guest at the scene exclaimed excitedly after tasting: "This dish is so authentic! It reminds me of the taste my grandma used to make. It’s amazing!" His words were echoed by other guests. Everyone savored the food and wine while sharing their feelings, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
晚宴落幕，庄主April为每位宾客准备了惊喜礼物：提前将大家的照片制成酒标贴在酒瓶上，化作专属伴手礼。这一举动为晚宴画上温馨美好的句号，而这段回忆也将成为宾客心中珍贵的宝藏，久久留存。
As the dinner came to an end, the winery owners prepared a surprise gift for each guest: they had pre-made wine labels from the guests' photos and attached them to wine bottles, turning the bottles into exclusive souvenirs.
This gesture brought the dinner to a warm and wonderful close, and this beautiful memory would remain a precious treasure in every guest's heart for a long time.
这场中秋丰收晚宴的成功，离不开每位宾客的热情参与和支持。活动后，不少未能到场的朋友纷纷询问、表达期待，应大家强烈意愿，我们临时决定加开一场，让更多人感受这份美好。

The additional dinner will kick off on Saturday, October 11th. It will continue the highlights of the previous one, with rich sessions including vineyard tours, winemaking experiences, and wine-food pairings all presented, bringing equally unforgettable experiences.
